Job Profile

• Recruitment, Training, leading and motivating the sales force.
• Preparing sales plans and strategies on direct and indirect real estate sales.
• Analyzing competitor moves and strategies with respect to product, pricing, advertising and selling strategies and recommending feedback to the management.
• Existing Customer relationship management.
• Sourcing land for residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout Dubai / U.A.E.
• Enlisting, Marketing and Sales of attractive residential and commercial properties for many developers in U.A.E.
• Organizing Exhibitions.

• Five to Ten years of international Real estate sales experience
• Strong management skills Sound knowledge of the U.A.E real estate market is preferred but not required.
• Analytical mind and planning capability.
• Pleasing personality.
• Preferably educated in English speaking countries

2. Customer Relations Executive

Job Profile

• Expand the Real Estate Agent Network of the Organization globally by registering new real estate agents.
• Ensure Complete and Systematic Support to the Real Estate Agents registered with Dubai Oasis.
• Coordinate with company's various departments to give Support to the New and Existing Real Estate Agents and Customers.
• Coordinate and Arrange viewing of the Property for Prospective and Existing Customers.
• Conduct Research and get the latest updates in the Property Market.
• Report to the Customer Relations Manger.

• Graduates aged 25 years and above.
• Two to Four years of Customer Support Experience.
• Pleasing Personality
• Proficient in Computers
• Knowledge of the U.A.E real estate market is preferred but not required

3. Property Consultant

Job Profile

• Register new Real Estate Agents..
• Acheive Sales Targets.
• Cordinate and Arrange viewing of the Property for Prospective Customers.
• Report to the Sales Manger.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Graduates aged 25 years and above.
• Two years of Experience in Sales.
• Well groomed with a pleasing personality.
• Knowledge of the Dubai / U.A.E real estate market.
