The Palm consists of 3 areas - the Cresent, the Crown & the Trunk.

The Crescent

The crescent is a beautiful barrier which surrounds and protects the palm. The crescent will house variety of boutique hotels each with its own themes. Okinawa theme hotels provide the guests with relaxing spa experience with in the privacy of their own Japanese garden and Brazil theme hotels will provide guests to escape to the tranquility of private tree house suits all stretched within the branches of lush royal paulowina trees. The Venice theme resorts provide guests with excitement and atmosphere of living in Venice.

The Crown

The crown of Palm contains 17 fronds with each frond arching into the sea forming secluded neighborhoods. The fronds comprises of Exclusive villas with various sizes and designs.

The options available to buyers are Signature Villas, Garden Homes and Town Homes.
